A match made in heaven: six exciting watch collaborations between a watchmaker, manufacturer, artisan or designer

Lately, we've seen many new perfect replica watches produced in collaboration with another watch-related entity. These watches are generally very popular, and some brands even continue to explore this new type of watch collection and come up with interesting concepts that we haven't seen before.

Frankly, the idea of collaboration is a brilliant one. Being able to leverage the expertise of different individuals to create the best of both worlds is a wonderful way to produce a very desirable product. Why didn't people think about this earlier, or use the concept widely?

Specifically, when we talk about collaborations, it's not about putting another brand's logo on a timepiece with the least input from the other side. We are discussing appropriate collaborations between watchmakers and subject matter experts, such as between watchmakers and distinguished designers. Or an independent watchmaker that owns another watch brand. In other words, collaboration isn't just about leveraging other entities' brands,

So in this week's article, we're going to explore some of our favorite watch industry collaborations. Which timepieces did we choose? Let's find out!

Harry Winston Works 3

When it comes to collaborations in the discount replica watch industry, we cannot but mention one of the most important ever: the Harry Winston Opus collection.

Launched in 2001, the Opus collection was the brainchild of then-CEO Harry Winston Max Büsser. Max envisioned the concept as a way to allow independent watchmakers – who were not as well known or well known as they are today – to gain exposure in their work, while elevating Harry Winston as a serious player in haute horlogerie . The rest, as they say, is history.

Opus 3, made in collaboration with the legendary Vianney Halter, is definitely one of our favorites in the Opus series. We love how quirky this timepiece is, with its incredible numbers showing that even the most savvy collector can still be baffled. Opus 3 certainly challenged the norm, as well as the technical prowess of Vianney himself. We know that only 55 were made in 10 years, and this is certainly one of those watches that will remain mythical even over time.

Radar True Square Tej Chauhan

Partnerships don't necessarily mean products have to be expensive and exclusive. Just look at Rado's version of True Square Tej Chauhan.

This particular timepiece is the result of Rado's collaboration with award-winning British industrial designer Tej Chauhan. Featuring the designer's interpretation of the True Square collection, this timepiece takes timepieces to a whole new level with a captivating sci-fi and retro style. In addition, the use of yellow for the ceramic case and strap also makes this watch quite bold – quite bold in our books.

For such an unusual timepiece, it's usually reserved for pricier high-end timepieces. We applaud Rado for bringing this watch at a relatively accessible price and making it more accessible to more collectors to enjoy such a great fake luxury watches.

MB&F LM1
MB&F by Max Büsser is perhaps a follow-up to his Opus series at Harry Winston. In fact, it can be seen as an evolution of a project, with full control over resources and the freedom to use his creativity to the fullest in his work. This shows his wildly popular creations over the past five and a half years.

Among them, we really like the Legacy Machine 1 (or LM1 for short). This is MB&F's first attempt at a round watch, with a movement designed and manufactured by Chronode (Jean-François Mojon) and completed by the esteemed Kari Voutilainen. The result is a stunning watch with a flying balance wheel on the dial side and a unique vertical power reserve indicator. Of course, given that the finish is done by Kari, the action is certainly a sight to behold.

We love Max's philosophy with MB&F, and the LM1 perhaps shows how well Max can envision his watch and bring the right people together to make that dream a reality. We know the LM1 has been discontinued, but if you're eager to get your hands on this whimsical (but highly wearable) watch, you might want to try your luck in MB&F's Certified Pre-Owned Products section.

Grail Watch 1: Ressence x Alain Silberstein "Carpe Diem"

We wrap up this article with what may be one of the coolest and most exciting novelties of 2022 so far. Cue the Grail Watch 1: Ressence x Alain Silberstein "Carpe Diem".

The Grail replica swiss watches is a concept conceived by the hot-blooded Wei Koh, a figure we think most collectors should be familiar with. The idea behind the brand is to create cool and imaginative timepieces that distribute these watches to a wider audience in a fairer way.

The first Grail Watch was a collaboration between Ressence and Alain Silberstein. The watch is based on the Ressence Type 1, with Alain Silberstein responsible for the design of the various elements on the dial. The result is a super cool timepiece featuring Alain's favorite painting, Vanité, ou Allégorie de la vie Humaine (translated as "Vanitas, Still Life of Tulips, Skulls and Hourglass") in the already excellent Ressence Type 1 Go to another level completely.

Louis Erard x Alain Silberstein Le Diptyque
While Harry Winston may have redefined collaboration in the watch industry with the Opus collection, Louis Ellard may have done something similar, albeit with a line of accessible timepieces launched in the entry-level category.

The original Le Régulateur, first launched in 2019 by Louis Erard and Alain Silberstein, can be seen as a timepiece that relaunches the whole idea of the collaboration once again. The 2022 model year, called Le Diptyque (pictured above), is a testament to the success of Louis Erard's business model. In fact, the successful collaborations (with Vianney Halter and Massena Lab as well) have already impressed Louis Erard on the scene.

Atelier Wen Perception
Atelier Wen may only be a young brand, but considering the situation with the recent launch of Perception, we are sure that the brand has come a long way in its evolution.replica Richard Mille RM 007 Watches

The Perception is the brand's second collection, and this watch is definitely a rather special watch. It is worth mentioning that this watch is equipped with a stunning guilloche dial made by a master craftsman in China. We're told that it takes a master craftsman about 8 man-hours to make a single guilloche dial, and the fine dial itself certainly shows that effort.

That's why we appreciate good cooperation. We may not have had the chance to get such a great timepiece when the two entities went their separate ways. With the master craftsman's skill in dial making and Atelier Wen's knowledge in watch production and marketing, we have achieved a timepiece that has the best of both worlds.

We've seen what incredible and thoughtful collaborations can bring to a watch. Here, we've featured six Sublime watches that, frankly, wouldn't be possible without a partnership like this. There are also works that we think are worth mentioning, such as the new Zenith Calibre 135 Observatoire (between Zenith, Phillips and Kari Voutilainen), Fears Garrick (between Garrick and Fears Watch Company) and Naissance d'une Montre (between Zenith, Phillips and Kari Voutilainen) Between Greubel Forsey, Philippe Dufour and Michel Boulanger).

Partnerships are not necessarily exclusive, nor are they necessarily premium. As we can see in the examples above, Rado True Square Tej Chauhan and Atelier Wen Perception are two great pieces that are reasonably priced. In fact, the Perception may be one of the best novelties we've seen so far in 2022, with its stunning hand-guilloché dial and value proposition. Its massive success is no doubt strong proof that Atelier Wen has done some smart things here.

So, what do you think of such timepieces? Do you think the collaboration will bring the best of both worlds, or will it dilute everyone's brand equity? Bovet replica Watches
